Hometown Bar-B-Que serves some of the best BBQ I’ve had in NYC, and it even holds its own against Midwest BBQ—dare I say it’s better? The Korean sticky ribs are absolutely incredible. It’s a bit of a trek to Red Hook without subway access, but I definitely recommend making the trip with friends.
